Sometimes the best solution for a company is a formal insolvency appointment of some kind, most commonly Voluntary Administration. Our “grey hair” insolvency practitioner is Thomas Javorsky. Tom has over 30 years of professional experience. He has extensive experience in the administration of insolvent corporations including liquidation, voluntary administration, receivership, turnaround management and forensic investigations. He is a former Partner of Ernst & Young and spent many years as a Partner with PKF and Jones Partners. He has also spent three years with Citibank as their Senior Investment Manager in the start up of their venture capital division. Tom has a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting) from Canberra University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia, Australian Institute of Credit Management, FASIG and the Securities Institute of Australia (now known as FINSIA). Tom is a Registered Liquidator and an Official Liquidator.
