Inform
Look up the topics that are worrying you in the menu on the left. We receive a lot of enquiries about three main topics: Insolvent Trading, Directors Penalty Notices and Voluntary Administration. If you can’t find the relevant topic use our Search function at the top right of every page.
Assess
Spend some time using our unique Self Assessment tools. Solve
Having used either The Restructuring Spectrum or having Asked IRA! You will have your situation diagnosed and know the possible solutions. For each situation there is a range of solutions and our approach is to use the “Least Drastic Solution”. By that we mean we try and find the solution that causes the least disruption to the business and involves the least external input from advisors or restructuring professionals.
